FAQ

Common Questions

Unused hours expire after 30 days from the date of purchase. Hours do not roll over to the next month, so plan accordingly based on how often you visit.
Yes — membership hours are valid for PC gaming stations only. Console and simulator sessions (PS5, Xbox, Racing SIM) are billed separately at their standard rates.
Absolutely. You can visit daily or a few times a week — your hours are deducted per session and carry forward until expiry. There are no minimum session requirements.
Memberships are individual — each person needs their own plan. However, friends can each buy their own plans and play side-by-side, which is common for groups.
Members (Starter, Pro, and Elite) get free access to our monthly Game Pass review programme — no extra ₹500 fee. You still need to apply and get selected. See the Game Pass page for details.
Just message us on WhatsApp before your current plan expires. You can renew any time — even upgrading to a higher tier mid-cycle if needed.
